EIA procedure was finished for overall Flood protection system of Central Posavina, part of which is this particular reconstruction and Decision on acceptabillity for environment Class: UP/I-351-03/07-02/54, Reg. No: 531-08-1-1-2-6-08-11 was issued by Ministry of environmental protection, phisically planning and construction  on 20 May 2008. The Decision is part of location permit issued on 14 December 2012.
